Well dear readers, this time I bring you a post about tips to lose weight. First I want to clarify that I am not a nutritionist, these tips are given by my friend who is studying nutrition and is already in her last year of her career. She is very studious, so these tips are the best. I hope you find them very helpful.
1- Establish meal schedules, you have to organize your time and try not to forget any meal. That is, don't forget to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner.
2- You have to try to sleep your full 8 hours. Because if you do not sleep your full hours, this promotes weight gain.
3- Try to replace your cravings such as cookies, chips or snacks with fruits or nuts.
4- Drink or try to drink 2 L of water equivalent to 8 times a day, this to keep you hydrated.
5- Exercise 3 days a week, the time of 30 minutes.
