WHAT TO WEAR IN DECEMBER

Good evening dear readers, how are you? Ever since the "Off Campus" series came out, I’ve been watching tons of videos recommending Allie’s lipstick. Obviously, it had to be Clinique’s Black Honey, so today I went to the mall and bought it. That lipstick, both the stick and the gloss are absolutely gorgeous, and the most interesting thing is that it adapts to your natural lip color, which is why it doesn’t look exactly the same on everyone. It really is beautiful, and I feel like it’s one of those products that pairs perfectly with this season’s colors. But anyway, let’s get to today’s post, because I want to share some outfit ideas for December with you. I know, it’s still a ways off, but I want to start giving you ideas now.

December is the perfect month to wear warm, elegant colors like chocolate brown, beige, camel, olive green, and, of course, burgundy. A really nice combination is to wear high waisted dark jeans with a brown blouse or jacket, a thin belt, and camel colored loafers. This kind of outfit looks quite sophisticated, but at the same time, it’s comfortable for walking, going out for a drink, or doing some Christmas shopping. You can also add a pair of sunglasses and a handbag to make the whole look much more elegant.

Another idea I love for December is pairing a striped shirt with wide-leg beige pants and a brown leather jacket. Seriously, leather jackets can transform even the simplest outfit and make it look much more modern. You can also wear a burgundy sweater with brown pants and a beige trench coat, because this color combination looks absolutely gorgeous and is very in keeping with the season. To complete the look, you can choose light colored sneakers, loafers, or black ankle boots.

If you want a slightly dressier outfit for dinner, a gathering, or a special night out, you can pair a burgundy top with wide-leg blue jeans and a black leather jacket. Gold accessories, a purse in the same shade as the top, and black ankle boots make the whole look much more elegant. Another option is to wear an olive green jacket with light-colored jeans, a plaid blouse, and brown ankle boots. These natural tones go very well together and are perfect for creating a relaxed look that still feels put-together and stylish.

Finally, you can also add a pop of color with a pink ruffled blouse and wide leg jeans, especially on days when it’s not too cold. I really like this combination because it feels feminine, comfortable, and different from the typical dark colors of December. Remember that you don’t need to buy a completely new outfit, you can take these ideas and adapt them using the clothes you already have in your closet. The most important thing is to play with layers, combine warm colors and add pretty accessories so that any simple look feels much more special.

OUTFITS THAT MAKE YOU LOOK SLIM

Good afternoon dear readers, how have you all been? I’ve been watching some World Cup games, well actually, I only watch when Argentina plays, obviously because of Messi. Although you can’t deny that one of the surprises of this World Cup is Haaland. I don’t know exactly what it is about him, but he really does have something that makes him appealing. Maybe it’s the way he plays, his personality, or simply that confidence he exudes on the field. But anyway, while everyone’s talking about football, I’ve also been thinking about new ideas for the blog, so today I want to share a post with you that I’m sure you’ll find really interesting.

Today’s post is about outfits that make you look slimmer. First, I want to clarify that we can all dress however we want and don’t have to hide our bodies, but it’s also true that there are certain pieces and combinations that help streamline the silhouette and make us feel much more confident. Sometimes it’s not about losing weight or changing our bodies, but simply about knowing how to choose clothes that flatter us and create a more balanced visual effect.

One of the best options is monochromatic looks, that is, wearing a single color or using very similar shades. This helps create a continuous line along the body and makes us look taller and more slender. Black is always a classic, but you can also wear brown or even light colors. Another garment that’s incredibly flattering is high waisted pants, because they define the waist and make your legs look longer.

Open blazers, long jackets, and coats that fall below the hips are also perfect for creating a slimming effect. Wearing them open creates two vertical lines down the center of the body, which creates a much slimmer visual effect. You can also choose v neck blouses, straight-leg pants, and wrap dresses, as these pieces help define the waist without being too tight. Try to avoid having all your garments end right at the widest part of your body, because that can visually cut off your silhouette.

Finally, don’t forget the small details, because they can also make a big difference. Pointed-toe shoes, skin-tone heels, long necklaces, and vertical prints help visually elongate the figure. But most importantly, don’t wear clothes that are too big thinking that this will hide your body, because that can often have the opposite effect. The secret lies in choosing clothes that fit your size, defining your waist a little, and creating balanced proportions. Remember that confidence will always be the best accessory for any outfit.

BEST HAIRSTYLES WITH BANGS FOR WOMEN OVER 50

Good evening dear readers, how are you all doing? I started watching the new Elle series, and I’m finding it really interesting. Seriously, what could be better than coming home from work, making some popcorn, and watching an entertaining series to unwind? So, if you still don’t know what to watch, I highly recommend it because it also has that nostalgic touch, it’s obviously inspired by the movie "Legally Blonde", which is fantastic and I never get tired of watching.

But anyway, let’s get to today’s post, which is about hairstyle ideas with bangs for women over 50. Bangs are one of those small changes that can completely transform your face without having to cut all your hair. Plus, they can help soften your features, conceal some expression lines on your forehead, and make your face look much more youthful.

One of the most flattering types of bangs is the curtain bangs, because they’re very elegant, modern, and easy to maintain. They part slightly in the center and fall on both sides of the face, beautifully framing your features. This style pairs perfectly with long hair, shoulder length cuts, and even a bob. It’s also ideal if you don’t want to commit to bangs that are too short or too straight.

Another lovely option is side-swept bangs, as they add movement and softness to the face. This type of bang works very well for women with fine hair, as it can create the illusion of more volume. You can pair it with soft waves, a low ponytail, an elegant bun, or simply wear your hair down. Slightly layered bangs are also an excellent alternative, as they look more natural and don’t make your features appear harsh.

Remember that the best bangs will always be the ones that suit your face shape, hair type, and the amount of time you want to spend on your hair each morning. You don’t need to follow every trend, the most important thing is to choose a style that makes you feel comfortable and beautiful. Well chosen bangs can make any simple hairstyle look more modern, elegant, and incredibly stylish, so don’t be afraid to try something new.
