Hi guys, how are you? I'm a little stressed about college, but I hope everything gets better. 

If you are one of those who believe that your vibe actively influences the results you get in your day to day life, you've been doing bad lately and you want to clean it up and improve it, then this list of things to do is for you:

Get closer to nature

Reconnecting with nature will help you eliminate bad energy from your body. Getting back to the source will give your mind and soul a break. You can go for a walk in the park, do some gardening, or go on a weekend camping trip in the woods.


Meditating will allow you to connect with yourself, it will help you to know yourself, to discover what aspects you need to improve. Eliminate stress and anxiety. 

Express your gratitude

Be grateful mentally, out loud or in writing for all the wonderful things you have in your life, be grateful for the people who illuminate your life, be grateful for the problems because they are the ones you learn from. Be grateful and fill yourself with that energy.

Detox from irritating food

You are what you eat, what you put into your body will be reflected in your body, your thoughts, the way you communicate and the emotions you express. If you want to cleanse your energy you need to stay away from things that irritate you, such as coffee, bad fats, spicy food and junk food.

Take a break from social networks

The stress we receive from social media saturates us to such a level that our energy is filled with things we don't need. Taking a break from time to time to reconnect with yourself and your environment will help you keep your energy balanced and positive.
